Intervention support for K–8 schools.
I work alongside your teachers to run small-group intervention, prepare students for assessments, and track progress.

Teacher
Throughout the year, Kia provided exceptional instructional support by offering meaningful feedback, sharing effective teaching strategies, and helping me strengthen my instructional practices. She was also a constant source of encouragement, celebrating successes while offering constructive feedback with kindness and respect. Her collaborative approach, professionalism, and clear communication fostered trust and made a significant difference in my growth as an educator.
Instructional Coach
What stood out most was Kia's flexibility, collaboration, and willingness to jump into every planning session. Her instructional routines—including vocabulary development, targeted skill practice, and daily formative checks—were incredibly effective. We were able to move nearly 60% of the students who needed to retest.
Principal
I really appreciated Kia's collaboration with the team. Her instructional strategies in mathematics stood out, and the students consistently shared positive reflections about working with her. The fact that we were able to move 9 of our 16 scholars demonstrated the effectiveness of the team's work.
